Pricing and
policies
Ordering
All custom order dresses are made to
your specific measurements. You choose the style,
color, quality and quantity of rhinestones and send us a
completed
measurement chart and we will provide you with your
dress in four to six weeks. Rush orders are difficult
for us so please plan your orders at least six weeks before
your competition to avoid disappointment. Rush orders
will require an additional fee of $100. A non
refundable 50% deposit is required to start all custom
orders. The balance is due on completion of your
dress. All custom orders are final sale.

There is an additional charge of $200 to
create a pattern for you to a copy of a dress from a photo
you provide. We can copy dresses from your favorite
professionals, Dancing With the Stars, etc…However, please
realize that out of professional courtesy to the original
designers the copy will be made with slight differences from
the original.
Group
and wholesale discounts
Team and studio discounts are available
for a minimum order of 5 dresses. This discount is 20% off
the regular price.
Wholesale orders for a minimum of 10
dresses receive the standard 40% wholesale discount.
Shipping
Shipping costs cover USPS Priority
Mail, with delivery confirmation and postal insurance for
the price of the dress. Shipping and handling charges are a
flat rate of $20 per dress.
Return/Refund Policy
In stock, non custom clothing may be
returned for a full refund, minus the shipping fees. You
must notify ABC Dresses within 24 hours of receiving the
item of your intention to return it. You may notify us by
phone or email. The item must be returned in the same
condition it was sent. Damaged or worn items will not be
accepted for return. The item must be returned with postal
insurance and the customer is responsible for all return
shipping costs.
All custom, made to measure items are
FINAL SALE. We will work with you on reasonable alterations
if the item does not fit to the measurements provided. We
will either alter the item ourselves or assist you with a
seamstress or tailor in your area.
Accessories, rhinestones, glue and other
non clothing items are FINAL SALE.
Consignment Policies
Consignment
Purchase
Payment in full for the dress, including
shipping fees, must received before the dress will be sent
to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours after
receiving the dress to let us know if you will be returning
it. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of the USPS
notice of delivery date, we will process your payment and
notify the owner that the dress has been sold. This 48 hour
notification is required on all dresses, new and
consignment.
Returns must be mailed back immediately,
by USPS Priority mail, with postal insurance in the amount
of the price of the dress, with delivery confirmation. This
is the way we ship to you and require the same. You are
responsible for postage. The dress must be received in
identical condition in which we sent it to you . Returns
will be credited a refund for the price of the dress, not
including shipping, and minus a 10% restocking fee.
Used gowns are sold "as-is." Any defects
in the dress will be listed in the dress description.
Consignment
Sales

Please contact us by email to arrange
for us to list your dress for sale. We require a detailed
description of the dress; size, color, fabric, stones,
company (if known) and ANY defects, major or minor. Please
include three (3) photos of your dress, a full length
front shot, full length back and a close up of the stoning
detail. Use the photos in our New dresses sections for
format. Please include additional photographs of any
damage. Photos must be sent in .jpeg format.

After we receive your description and
photos we will contact you and let you know if your dress
is of acceptable style and condition. We regret that we
can not accept dresses that are too dated or in poor
condition. We reserve the right to return to you any
dresses that do not meet our standards of quality and
fashion. You will be responsible for the return shipping
fees if your actual dress does not equal the condition you
stated it was in in your email.

You set the fee you want to charge for
your dress. After we see the dress in person if ABC thinks
the price you are asking is unreasonably high and will not
sell at that fee or unreasonably low and you deserve more,
we will advise you, but the final price is set by you.

Mail us the dress, USPS, Priority
Mail, with insurance for the value of the dress and
delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for
dresses not mailed in this manner.

After you send us your dress we will
handle all the marketing for you. It will be displayed on
our website, in our showroom and at the competitions we
attend. We may also list it in Dancesport trade
publications. We will steam your dress, take care of the
professional photos for our website, handle the sales
transactions and pack and mail your dress to potential
buyers.

We will market your dress for one
year. If your dress does not sell within one year, you
will be notified and will be charged a fee equal to 30% of
the asking price of your dress for our efforts. Once we
have spent time and money marketing the dress for you, we
will not release it until the fee have been paid. We will
then return the dress to you. ABC reserves the right to
extend this one year period on the agreement of both
parties. If you decide you would like to cancel your
consignment short of the one year period, you will still
be charged the 30% fee once ABC has accepted the
consignment.

When your dress sells you will be
charged 33.3% of the sales price as a consignment fee. We
will mail you a check for the balance within one week of
the sale. If you would like to put your proceeds toward a
new in stock dress or a custom dress by ABC Dresses, we
will only charge a 25% consignment fee.
